Tenant FAQ

You can report issues through our online portal or by contacting our property management team directly. We aim to respond quickly and arrange repairs within agreed service levels.

This depends on the terms of your lease. Generally, landlords handle structural and external repairs, while tenants are responsible for day-to-day upkeep inside their units. Full details are outlined in your tenancy agreement.

Rent can be paid via bank transfer or standing order. Details are provided in your lease and on your tenant account.

If rent is overdue, late payment charges may apply as set out in your lease. We encourage tenants to contact us as soon as possible if they are experiencing difficulties so we can discuss solutions.

Service charges cover shared costs such as cleaning of common areas, security, landscaping, and general maintenance of the building or estate. A breakdown of charges is provided annually.

Any alterations, fit-outs, or signage usually require the landlord’s consent. Please contact us before carrying out any work so we can guide you through the approval process.
